Refund Policy

All fees paid for services rendered by Empowerment Coach, LLC are non-refundable, with no exceptions. This policy applies to all services, including private coaching sessions, consultations, speaking/training engagements, course enrollments, and digital downloads.


Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 no-show fee, which must be paid in full prior to booking any future services.

Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Weekend hours and holidays are excluded from the 24-hour notice period.


No-Call, No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session without proper notice, the session is forfeited and subject to the $100.00 fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of services at our discretion.


Digital Products & Courses
All digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


Right to Refuse Services
Empowerment Coach, LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or postpone services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of policies, or inappropriate conduct.
